🕒 Processing Time

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1-4 business days
• If you've pre-ordered a drop item, check the product page or email confirmation for estimated dispatch date (this is usually a little longer).

🚚 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
• International Shipping: Times vary by country (if you have any issues with international shipping please contact us).

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way!

💭 Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind if order has already been sent out - please choose carefully.

🔄 Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We'll organise a replacement (if available) or a refund.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping for returned items (unless faulty) is at the buyer's cost.
